SANTA CATARINA. NUEVO LEÓN
Three street level drug traffickers were put against a wall and executed by gunmen on Friday. Another older man near them was also hit in the neck, chest, abdomen and legs. He was treated at the scene by paramedics and transported to a hospital.
TOLUCA, STATE OF MEXICO
State police announced the arrest of Josué Alexis Aguilar Treviño, alias “El Kiko”, head of LFM in Toluca, who is linked to at least 30 killings. Also arrested Carlos Hernandez Fernandez, alias “El Gordo”, 22 years old, Pablo Macedo Velázquez, “The Bones” or “El Flaco”, 18, and Mishael Adonis García Salgado, ” The Donis “22.   El Kiko is the boss of Alejandro González Orozco, alias “El Pantera”, who was arrested last week and was linked to at least 25 murders.  El Kiko is associated with the murder of two federal agents and a protected witness in 2008 in the Mexico-Toluca, and also in 2008, of Braulio Hernandez, who was escorting then State Police Director Cuitláhuac Ortiz. At the time of the arrest, police confiscated two firearms, a 9mm and a 38, a fragmentation grenade, seven cell phones and 154 doses of narcotics .

MEXICO
Federal police presented Bogard Felipe Lugo de León, the federal agent responsible for drug trafficking at the airport and involved in the murder of three companions. The judge has ordered him held as he is a flight risk.


PUERTO MARQUES, GUERRERO
On Friday, authorities discovered a dismembered body within a plastic bag in the trunk of an abandoned vehicle. Elsewhere in the state, three more bodies were found, one of them dismembered. And in Colonia Morelos, authorities responded to a report of a young couple executed by gunfire.
MEXICO
It is reported that on Thursday, there were 13 killings nationally in four states. These include a woman and child beheaded in Ometepec.

TAMAULIPAS*
Late Thursday night, a municipal officer was chased down outside of the station and shot. Although transported to a hospital, the gunshot to his chest proved to be fatal.

SAN JOSE NOVILLERO, VERACRUZ
The bodies of four people were found cut up and inside black garbage bags along a road. They were identified as 2 women and 2 men.
STATE OF MEXICO
Five people were executed on Saturday. Few other details were given other than locations.
MATAMOROS, COAHUILA
Officers of GATE (equivalent to SWAT/SRT) repelled an attack by gunmen, took them down and rescued a kidnapped woman.
OJO CALIENTE, ZACATECAS
A shootout on Saturday between two groups of gunmen left 2 bad guys dead in one vehicle. Of note is that the vehicle has license plates from the U.S. state of ILLINOIS (emphasis added). A military source attributed the incident to an internal dispute that divides Los Zetas cartel. The state government has requested additional resources in the search for the kidnapped Cieneguillas prison warden. (See below) After the shootout, the head of Lazcano’s (Los Zetas founder & top leader) chief confidant and boss of the Ojo Caliente plaza was found, with a narco message. A municipal police officer from Panfilo Natera who was observing one of the vehicles was wounded.

HOTOLA UNIÓN DE ISIDORO MONTES DE OCA, GUERRERO
The bodies of at least 11 men were found here early Sunday morning, along with messages from the Knights Templar. All showed signs of torture and a gunshot to the head. The Knights Templar, headed by Servando Gomez, or La Tuta, has controlled most of the regions of the Costa Grande and Tierra Caliente in this part of the state.
ACAPULCO, GUERRERO*
The commander of the Municipal police highway unit, Miguel Ángel Martínez, was assassinated at Llantero Center about 1pm Saturday. He and his son had driven off attackers a few months ago at his home. Investigators found about ten .40 Caliber casings at the scene of his killing.


TORREON, COAHUILA
Saturday morning authorities reported at least 6 persons killed, with the last found about 6am.
